Does anyone know of a place where they buy scrap carbide in Perth or Australia, and how much the going rate is, and whether its worth while recycling cutters, tips etc?

In the UK Kennametal will buy it, so it may be worth you checking out?

A late reply i know but, Sandvick have a recycling program were you get credit for future cutter purchases, i can not rember the $ per kilo rate but give them a call and see what you can find

Hello i have been runing in to a problem whit my surface, in "tinbronze" jm3.
I have been using following data S375 and F0.02, and my surface needs to be RA 0.3 but when i then check the surface its still RA 0.75.

I am using a .4 diamant plat.
