Hi, I am hoping someone can recommend a service technician in Melbourne area, i am having problems with my Excitech router. It is not moving on x and y axis, i have spoken with manufacturer and they have said it could be faulty limit switch. thanks |

Then i blow the rails clean with compressed air. Followed by smearing new grease on the rails and spraying the oil. It is always problem solved! I wonder if these same gooses that work for us run their cars without oil? I guess not - they would have to pay for their own repairs! Rocket. |

| Thanks Rocket for the advice, i will try this and see how it goes. it was only the forth time i have got to use the machine since it arrived, i think there is alot to learn about its operation.

Did you have any luck with the lube and wash?

| We are finding our Excitech is pretty bullet proof - as long as it is lubed regularly. When cleaning the old grease off of the machine - take particular note to look in between the rails and the side of the machine, and you will see a great glob of grease sitting on top of the motors. Easily removed with a rag and a bit of a stick. Excitech rules! Rocket. |
