Hi all, Just introducing myself as a new member. I am currently setting up a small workshop for CNC machining and welding. I have just purchased a 1993 model Leadwell MCP-OP Machine Centre. I was wondering if anyone else has one of these machines and if I need to look out for anything in particular when setting up the machine and any general feedback on this machines performance. I have the manuals for this machine but find them a little difficult to understand, I think due to the Taiwanese-English language conversion. I had to remove the Z axis servo motor to fit the machine into my workshop, it seems you have to reset the Z axis home position so you dont damage the ATC. If anyone has had to do this, I would appreciate any advice offered. Thanks in advance.  |
