Howdy Mal,

Might need to be more descriptive about your problems to get an answer.
Where abouts in NSW are you? Last time I checked it covers a lot of ground

Cheers,
Scott

Where are you ?
Thanks for your reply & advise ,I am in the Port Macquarie area, we worked out the problem today it was with the show contors prefrence in the view tab , it had been ticked off ??? dont know how. We had just loaded enroute on the control computer and had this problem so we loaded enroute onto one of our office comp's and it worked fine ,so compaired the two and found the difference .

Now we are trying to figure how to delete templates ,any hints there appreciated.
Ta Mal

Hey,

I'm in Sydney, unfortunately I know nothing about enroute, I figured your problems could have been more generic.

Best of luck,
Scott

I'm near Toowoomba, with a Tekcel-converted router (K series2), and Enroute- I'm a beginner, but have figured out a ton of mistakes & how to get around them, so I may be able to help with ideas if you're stuck in the future!

Thanks for the reply, Mal.
I'm not sure about the rules of putting phone numbers up here, but you're welcome to come over if you're up this way-(edited out)- or maybe I should have PM-ed you with it. We're 72 km NW of Toowoomba- email me and I'll send you a map!

We spent about a month trying to trace the answers to problems we were having-with a 2nd hand machine. Ultimately, our problems were a couple of tiny short-circuits in weird places, and poor contact in some ribbon-cable at the servo, plus a crook limit-switch. The router works beautifully now. John Roots was a GREAT help.

When you say you want to delete a template, do you mean you want to delete a plate you have defined, or some other template? (& which version of Enroute do you use?)
