| "Shop the States" There is a website which is accessed through www.shopthestates.com. I haven't used it yet and was told about it by my wife. I almost went ahead and purchase 4 V groove bearings and 4 eccentric bushings until I saw the postage would be $53 US. Has anyone found a good way to get things over to Australia without feeling done over at the same time! Can anyone recommend shop the states? Andy

| For things I have ordered form the States to NZ I have used UPS. Seems to be the cheapest option. If you are prepared to wait forever you can select ground transport but I normally select the cheapest air transport option. To give an idea of what you should expect. UPS Second Day Air 0 to 1 lbs $14.95 US 1 to 2 lbs $15.95 US |

| Paul That's good to know but there seems to be many US suppliers who will not ship o/s or will not offer alternative shipping methods. How do you overcome that. (I've just had a thought. I'm going to put up a cnc clubhouse post asking if any member in the states is prepared to offer a modest shipping service) Andy

The number of suppliers in the US is hugh and if you haven't found a good supplier there is normally someone else selling the same product. I have seen good responses to queries about alternative suppliers posted on this site. I would be inclined to post here for links to suppliers of v bearings with eccentric centers and see what you get. Paul |
