Has anybody that has a Mazak Hyperquad Rex 200 MSY had problems with setting tool life and number of parts into the tool data set up?
The machine is 3 months old has Matrix controller with lastest software update.
When the machine gets to the tool life setting it resets that amount to zero and keeps going. Same problem using number of parts option. Tryed changing parmeters related to tool life and number of parts and not one of them makes any changes.
I have Mazak SQT,DUALTURN,MUTIPLEX and FJV MACHING CENTRE MACHINES and they all work using tool life and number of parts parts setting.
I need this to work so that I can run unmaned.
Any help will be appreciated.
