    316 LVM Stainless

Fellas, I'm lookin for a few hot tips on milling Stainless 316 LVM - implantable. We're havin a few issues with bending after cutting.
Our parts are 4mm thick, milled from 3/4" cold rolled 316 LVM. Have tried milling with indexable tip mills, carbide endmills. Have tried skimming 1mm off each side before machining to try and relieve a little stress but nothing seems to work. Cutting speeds around 70-100m/min.
    Any ideas??

Machining won't relieve the stresses through the rest of the steel.
You will need to heat treat for relaxation.

    Cheers
