    Any CNC DIY kit ????

    Hi
I looking for a CNC DIY kit made in Australia

I don't need a big one as I will only be cutting parts for R/C planes .
    From Ply and Balsa
May be something to cut 900 x 300mm

I am going to assume that you are thinking of something like "Joe's CNC Model 2006". I know a few Aussies have made them e.g. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/austra...s_2006_r2.html. Or maybe pm this guy http://www.cnczone.com/forums/austra...australia.html. I am not sure how much you are willing to spend but with the exchange rate it may be worth importing a machine. If you haven’t done so I would go through the CNCzone Australian Club house threads, as there are a few builds worth a look. Also lists of part suppliers to build your own.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks Verm

I have a copy of the Joe's CNC Model 2006.plans
    And the Rockcliff plans too.

I just need someone to cut the parts for me .
I don't have a drill press or table saw and cannot cut a straight line for the life of me

CNC Carving Machine DIY Kit 12x12

Is the CNC Carving Machine DIY Kit 12x12 a possibility?
    Has anybody used this kit?

It would be to small for my needs but thank you .
The Scaled down Joe's 2006 R2 would be right size for me .
I don't think Gully would be willing to cut the parts for it but and he is in Melbourne and I live in Tin Can Bay QLD.
I will send Gully a PM a see what happens.
