doosan cnc puma v400 machine servo drive behaving abnormal

hy all friends
i need ur help again , you guys are awsome for replying and solving any big problem
actually i have cnc vertical lathe doosan puma v400 machine , its turret control from servo drive , turret is not rotating , i think some parameter of servo drive is
missing , bcz most of time in a day machine turret forgot his center
i dont have servo drive pdf book if any one have servo drive detail pdf help book , may be my problem is solved
my machine servo drive detail is
model . DVSD -TT-14A -04 ce
input : Ac 200~230 v 50/60 HZ 3 Phase
power : 1.5 KW
output : Rated
seriol No : TT06D082

if any one know then plz help me i am waiting ur positive response

when i press the index butten of turret .servo alarm dispaly is ALP.OL
may be the alarm show is over load , but i check all the side of turret . turret is free not a single thing interface for turret rotating
some servo drive setting i know but most of thing in servo drive i dont know.
if any one have the setting of servo drive then plz help me out
i will appricade ur positive response

ALP OL means overload.

set keeprelais 5.4 to 1, the turret unclamps!
try to rotate the turret by hand.
if you don't feel any mechanical resistance, set the turret in the good position.

set keep relais 5.4 to 0 again and the turret will clamp.

also exentric loads on the turret can cause a overload.

also check the relais that unclamps the turret (located in electra cabinet), could be this one is broken, than the turret tries to rotate under clamped condition, and gives a overload.

and you can check on your promotion driver that parameter numer 4 is setted on 2048, otherwhise you also get A overload.

hello guys,

i have similar problem with lynx220 machine.
during the turret rotation we have an alarm on the screen and alarm on the vision unit. vision unit is DVSD-TT-14A and an alarm on it is ALP-rP.

what does ALP-rP mean ??
