    Features of the day are....

    • Machines on display, and functioning.
    • Half hour lecture on ModIO (Peter Homann)

We need to get as much stuff to look at as possible.

I would love to see an MDF router make an appearance. To show some with a limited budget what is possible.

I'll stick my hand up for name badges again. New design and better colour.

Done of course using Mach3 and Vcarve Pro. No better still I'll use Cut2D.

Last BBQ Vectric kindly sponsored us with a copy of Photo Vcarve to give away as a door prize.

This time I will show some Lithophanes to show off one of it's coolest capabilities.

I prefer the term 'appropriately passionate'

I wonder if we could get Epson to sponser the event and supply a C87 for the weekend, we could give it back on Monday, well most of it anyway

Last time there were quite a few electronics guys there, one even has a pick and place machine. I think between the lot of you, you will all have a lot in common.

    Hi All

I am, new to this list - been a reader not a writer - but would like to attend BBQ if my eye sight comes good in time to get there - Have had Operation on eye and not responding so cannot drive. Also makes it hard to work on my CNC projects

I'll try and get my Melbourne based brother (Phil) along if having a CNC newby is OK. He's been very interested in what I've been doing up here and will want to build a CNC router or convert a mill or lathe at some stage.

Newbys are what it is mostly about Claudio.

    Phil would be very welcome,
