    Default CNC Machine shops?

Hi all first post, can someone help me or recommend a good CNC mailing shop in Australia, reasonable rates and quality service looking to get a few small parts machined, out of alloy (6065 T6 or 7075 T6) I'll supply the files/drawing..

    Pete.

Infinite are the things which could be made, but on different machines.
Some photos or drawings would help.

only one of the Prime Quiver mount and two of the Quiver mounts sims, there is a top and a bottom (bottom not shown) basically exactly the same, just the cam lobe end is reversed..

The flats on the back face of the quiver mount thing cannot be machined. There are sharp corners which need to be changed to accomodate a cutter.
Better drawings would be needed with more detail.
6065 T6 or 7075: you would need to supply the metal. 6060 for the flat and 2011 for the round would be easier.
Are you supplying the programs? Probably not.

WAG: Quiver mount sims: $600, Prime Q mount: $400 each for 2, inc programming
Yes, $$$, but that would include all the programming work. If you wanted 1000, injection moulding.

Odd - in posting 7 you mentioned 2 of the second item. No matter.

    price is still way off
Like I said, a WAG based on hours of programming, testing and machining. But if no-one offers cheaper, what can you do?

    Cheers
