Default Cutting a Joint in MDF

OK, finally got my machine working ( Dry Runs ) will test it on its first cuts later tonight.

I'm wanting to cut something simple first, a 4 sided box but with some kind of Joint rather then square butt joining the sides to the Top and Bottom.

Box Overall Size is 582x288x40mm ( LxHxD )
Sides will be 265mm long and Top/Bottom 582mm long
    Material 12mm MDF
Tool will be a 3mm Cutter

The Joint just needs to hold the 4 peices together while the glue dries. Just can't seem to picture how it will work because the cutter can't cut square in the corners and I have read where people make jigs to hold the peices Vertically and cut the joint this way ( 2 cut Vertical and 2 cut horizontal on bed ) I was hoping to cut all 4 horizontal as shown in the attached.

Can anyone help me out and draw the 4 peices with a workable Joint in each corner? Much Appreciated if you could.

Try the dovetail gadget in Aspire.
There is no really no way to make joints like this with the parts flat on the table, due to the round tool. Any joint will have gaps in it.
