Looking for Artcam file

I have a digital photo of my daughters 2 german shepard pups, anyone interested in making a 3-d file of them in artcam or something similar? I can use an iges file, step, or triangle file, I would like to make a christmas gift with this cut on. I would pay for your time, as long as its within reason. I am also looking for a rather detailed skull for another project.
