We found the MMG. ext we now can bring a file into ncstudio..That's good..Here are some questions: We can't get the tool to come down far enough in "Z" to touch the material to cut.an error of machine limit in the Z.The tool is an inch off the material..2nd: When we bring a 10" round part into ncstudio from artcam, we do a dry run and the size is 5 times too large..?? 3rd: can ncstudio be in inches instead of MM? Does artcam nest the parts and we bring in the whole nest into ncstudio? 4th:Are there any setup for tolerances for play in the servo motors.. They feel loose...

Its the pulse rate in ncstudio, had a similar problem.
Go to I/O tab and click 'manufacture', password = ncstudio.
Divide the pulse rates by 5 for all axis affected and use that setting.
