Question 2D Toolpath Doesnt Step Down

Hello. Recently i created a project using 2D profiling & area clearance toolpaths.

My problem is that the cnc cuts the first layer but instead of steping down and continue cutting it repeats the second layer in the same place (20mm material thickness/ tool stepdown 5mm, so it move 4 times in the same place).

Every setting seems ok... i also attached the file in order to check it. By the way, in similation it works great.

    Iam using artcam pro 9.1

The one thing that seems odd are your feed rates, maybe a bit fast. 500mm/sec and 3000mm/sec. Would 8mm/sec and 80mm/sec work better?

Maybe the material setup settings is my problem? which settings should i use there?
Material Z zero on top or bottom? the plane should be on top or bottom?
