choosing the right tool and its properies

Hey there, so im working don some saints reliefs in ArtCAM Pro 2011 and after making model now im stuck in choosing right tool for milling. Im not sure how to see smallest radius on relief or the biggest tool i can use, so is there any way to see that in artcam or is there any other software that can tell those informations? Also is there a way to convert .art or .rlf files onto dwg/dxf formats?

No program does not tell you which tool to use, you need to have your head and imagination !!!
