Default How to deal with lengthy (time wise) toolpath?

    Hi all,
Hoping to receive some tips on how to manage lengthy (time wise) toolpath?
Have a 3d machine relief toolpth and just the finish part (1/8 ballnose) is 22hrs!! I'm hopping there is a trick to segment, separate such a lengthy one ?
What's the trick if one wants to stop it after a selected time, say....6-8hrs ?
    Thks

I found out that if I stop the program I write down what line it was on say 74390 then I use the mdi and send all to 0 (g0x0y0z0) then when I want to restart open back up the program I zero all axis and the scroll to a line close to were I was like say 74375 run then click run form here. and off she runs with this you can shut everything off two just remember to send all too zero before you shut down and zero all when you reboot
