Default Doubt reading line with arduino.

    Hello,
I'm thinking about doing a project using the arduino and a sensor I just don't know what sensor I can use to read the line like this in the links of the videos below.

I need a sensor to be connected to the arduino reading the drawing line then the arduino will send the information of the line that was read to one motor on the X axis and another one on the Y axis to follow the line.

Basically it will work like a robo following of line so it must move the axes x and y with smooth movements.

Just search for "Arduino line following robot" on google. There are about a gazillion pages on them. They each have to have a sensor to track lines just like you are wanting to do.

    OK,
I already did this research on google. I just wanted to see if anyone has any suggestion of a specific sensor that would work better, because I think infrared or LDR sensor would not work well in curves.
