I recently acquired a Conect 121 Lathe which I was using with a BBC B up until a couple of days ago, and now the computer won't load any sofware! I have tried putting in some ROM chips which came with the system and getting those to run the program but I have had no success... So I decided that I would like to start with a more reliable system that runs MS-DOS instead of the BBC. The only thing is I need the correct software on a disk which will allow me to run the machine off a design and also manually. (and a way to connect the computer to the control unit). Ideally I want to do this without spending much money.

If anybody knows where I could find such software, how to make this connection or even what to do to the BBC, then I would be most grateful.
