hey guys, I've got a ML17 with a centurion V control that I was having a bunch of trouble with! i searched my way through this forum until I found out the answers to my problems! you guys are great!

I do have ONE more issue. It appears that some of my SRAM is bad on the card. when I format it I get about 80% of the drive listed as bad sectors. I am able to get it up and running but I'm guessing this is going to limit the size of the programs I can run? not that this machine will see any complex programs. is there a way to swap out the SRAM without changing the whole card?

The Bad Sectors message is normal on most Simdisk cards. The Format command tries to format all the memory chip locations on the B:\ portion of the card; the error message comes from trying to format the empty sockets/locations. Only a few cards were fully populated with memory chips.
