I have a DynaCNC table with a Porter Cable variable speed router. I need to cut down on the dust in my garage and want to purchase or make a vacuum attachemt for the router head. Anyone know where I can buy one or have recommentations on how to make one? I can't seem to find anywhere to purchase the "Brush" material to put around a mounting plate to attach to the bottom of the router. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I tried to search the forums but didn't find any information on this subject.

Acrylic was what I was thinking also. I just need to figure out a way to make it quick and easy to detach from the router for bit changes.

I'm going to try the clear vinyl used in strip curtains(instead of brushes) about 3-4 inches long. Cut 2-3" deep slits in vinyl about 1" apart at bottom. Mount the vinyl on piano hinge and then mount hinge on the main plate to hook up the vacuum. That way I can see what going on with the bit while running and also flip up the vinyl when changing bits or when not needed.
I'll post pics when I get it done.
