Today I had to put a full radius on the front of a shaft.
A note to what does not work, LOL.
BTW: These Shafts are 60Rc Case Hardened .08 thick. We are using Ceramic Inserts. The feeds and Speeds need a little tweaking but in due time.

G3X1.575Z-.7875R.7875 << The machine wants to cut past 90 Degrees for some reason. So I changed it to G3X1.575Z-.7875I0.K-.7875 and all is well.

Why is a 1987 Fanuc 10T on a Dainichi BX45 Slant able to do this (G3X1.575Z-.7875R.7875) and a NEW HAAS not able to do this simple task??
Seems pretty strange. Any Ideas??
