so any tips? When i've milled it I went fast with no coolent unless chips were a problem. rpm & surface speeds needed. thanks

Same speed as brass, maybe a bit faster. Zero top rake tooling if possible but you may find that difficult. You need a realy sharp edge on the tool and some carbides, especially coated ones, have a somewhat rounded cutting edge (on a very small scale).

You will probably find chips are a problem because they are not chips but are long strings that get wrapped everywhere. Roughing using G74 and G75 can help to break the strings.

We nearly always using coolant and it is pretty much essential for drilling.
