I just started as the programmer/operator for Boeings old Cimcorp XR-225. If there is anybody out there with info, knowledge or advice about this machine, please let me know. Mostly I need a a list of the g-code for this machine, so I can write code.

John,

Doesnt Boeing have the manuals for the software? Is this the old Dos based Cimrock software?
PaR Systems is the company making and supporting the machines now.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, it's the old DOS system in the end I'm gonna wind up gradually retrofitting this thing. It's gonna be a fun project. This week I rebuilt the intensefier and ordered a new PLC from KMT.

I just sat down and hacked through it. Now I am just waiting on my post-processor to get here so I can iron the kinks outta it.

I din't know about PaR Systems. Thats going to be a huge help.

Ron22 thanks for the help.

We are starting to look at retro fit kits for this machine. Any recommendations on good kits obviously cost is a factor. Also, this machine has full 6-axis and I am having a hard time finding out much online.
