I've never tried pcb milling, what depth of cut did you use?

Depth of cut was between .0018 and .0022 inch. I cut these just deep enough to get through the copper. I don't like cutting into the fr4 any farther than necessary.

Looks great Andrew. Bet they took a while to rubout using a 60-degree bit (ask me how I know :D)

Yes, its not as fast as my laser printer, thats for sure! I ran these with a .0015" step over and tool diameter set to .005"

You can speed that WAY up by changing bits. Cut the traces with the V-bit, with a decent offset, then switch to something like a 1/8" bit to clear out the "field".
