I been searching the net and tried here as well with no luck.

Does anyone have the HTD tooth profile or the GT2 tooth profiles in 8mm? I need to machine my own pulleys. I have been on gates site but there very vague.

You might want to try downloading CAD files from SDP-SI.com

Download CamBam...it has the HTD profiles built in.
