I was cutting a pretty basic piece last night when my spindle shut off. Scared the crap out of me. I sent Khai an email at 9:30 at night and got instant response from him. He then emailed the tech and got back to me first thing in the morning. Luckily it was just a fuse (unluckily it wasn't in the manual). Being a complete novice at this it is nice to know that the company I bought the mill from has such great support. I can not say enough good things about them!

Khai provides the best customer service indeed. His excellent service is the reason I continue to support Novakon despite the couple of repair issues I've had. It gives you confidence that if you do experience problems, that you'll be taken care of.

I just have to say that Khai and Harry (Novakon Tech) have been there for me day and night and even weekends. I am a total noob to these machines and I am sure have asked some rather silly questions so I am sure to keep them on their toes. :)
