Not sure I understand you, the numeric key pad has a dot key??

Please explain further

Ken

Here is a link to a neat little utility that lets you create and/or change the key mapping in windows.

What im trying to say is, By default cimatron 8.0 doesnt allow u to introduce a number like 2.3 using the dot key from the numerical keybad (the button that has del written on it).

its boring using always the comma to but a fracction number (2,3)

The key mapping utility in my previous reply should allow you to make necessary changes then.

Give it a try.
