its been a bit since Ive posted and just got back to texas. so here are my new questions. I have customer wanting aluminum cut 3/16 or 1/4 not sure yet. but the kicker is it is going to be jewlery for people to wear so the edges have to be smooth. The size is aprox 2"x2" with small cut out in the middle. I can put into tumbler but how smooth will it be? looked in other post and top &bottom edge looked smooth but porus rough looking in the middle . also what are the settings on something like this fine cut or sheilded? heat is also my problem since so small and will be very close once nested. Does the per hour rate go up since cutting alum ? I have a punch press and can get die made for this process but was wanting to use my new addition for the project,but may not be able to thanks
