I use Deskcnc controller/driver and software.

In my NC files when I run the machine the G00 (rapid move) codes do not work. I have to change them to a G01 codes with a fast feedrate.

What is my problem?

Well lets see, hum your rapid moves are not working?
Do you know why they not work?
G00 = a G with two zeros
Are you typing it correct or are you using Letter O's.
Maybe you should get them to work.
