I was told to use this shielded wire for my steppers.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300257182769&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&viewitem=&salenotsupported

It is only 18-2. Now since my motors are 4 wire, could i not just use two sets to complete one motor connection?

Thanks ahead o' time

Yes it has a ground wire with the shield.

Most users only ground one end to prevent a ground loop.
