Anyone live in the New Jersey area that would know of local sources to purchase aluminum/bronze/brass ingots? Where does everyone who melts metal get theirs? Any internet based sources?

Thank you for the link. foamcutter 01-19-2005, 04:15 PM Try your local (if you have one) foundry. They usually have them or call the local universities, most of them have a small foundry or two in them for art and such and see where they get theirs. We have a foundry in the area that sells to the university so I just bought what the university was buying. They seem to have decent prices and ship quickly. If you're near Mercerville, New Jersey: Johnson Atilier http://www.atelier.org/index.shtml (609) 890-7777 I don't know what they offer anymore... They used to have a pretty extensive catalog. Good Luck, ChrisJ 01-24-2005, 06:18 AM Thank you for the leads. |
