this took a bit more time as i pre ran the cnc before the cut to make sure it fit also had to screw it down twice as the thin material would like to vibrate into the cutter ,took 17 min right from marking centre to removing it from the machine .I am now finding that you have to be extra careful not to forget a step like re-zeroing etc as it could ruin your work and possibly a bit or could be hard on the machine ,the machine has no brains ,the human programs it and it does what its told.(had a guitar that an end mill dragged it self cutting over the surface didn't screw it too bad but it makes you feel stupid(changed bits --did not re-zero)
