friends I have the following problem when I move my vertical axis horizontal machining center, makes a noise as if hitting metal to metal, it is strange that sometimes leaves is not constant.

Fanuc 18mc is a control, and the series of servomotor is A06B-0148-B177

After the noise, see the "LOAD METER" on that axis is in more than 200%, the alarm goes 414

Sound like the ballscrew end bearing defective, you should remove the servo motor of the ballscrew and just run the motor only, if noise go away then possible the end bearing.
