Hi...
I just done build my CNC router..
click:
www.geocities.com/rcaeromodel/cnc
I use www.hobbycnc.com controller and stepper motor..
and using Turbo cnc as software controller
The queston is the moving speed of each axis..
The axis max speed is only about 300 hz (just setting config at Turbo CNC)
if I set more than 300 hz the stepper is confusing, some time move some time not, or difficult to find which way to move (CW or CCW).
It is why The CNC fail to execute G0 order.
Anyone have experience about this?
How much max Hz that is "normal" to set the config of an axis?
Can anyone reach 2.000 hz as max speed of axis? so the G0 will so fast?
Thanks a lot
