Basically I need 3 adapters for 3 NEMA 34 motors to mount onto NEMA 23 mounts with room for a helical coupler.
I have the design, but didn't know if these were simple items someone has already made.

It's a catch22. I could make these with a drill press, but won't have the precision until I have my cnc machine built!

Thanks

Hi redbaron,
Not sure if you are wanting a quote or to find if these are already made, if a quote, a drawing or specs would be in order :) and someone will shoot you a price I am sure.

The accuracy can be critical on these depending on the type of coupler, so you are correct in stating that a drill press may/may not not offer the precision this would require.

Thanks
Ken

I will post the design tonight. I am thinking 3/8" Aluminum for theadapter plate and standoffs.

Still looking for this to be machined?

I can make them for $25 each + shipping, if you provide a CAD drawing file. Precision machined on an "industrial" cnc. I have a Dynamechtronics EM3116 knee mill.

PS: i will supply the material.
