I will be needing 22 of these parts made, material either Delrin or aluminum. Note: my cad skills are not the best, if you have any questions abut the part just ask. Its kinda hard to make out in the drawing but the i.d. has a flange on the inside of the bore.

My assumptions from your drawing are that you want to take 1.25 inch stock, cut it into .3753 slices, put a hole in it .7504 dia. and have a shoulder of .8660 dia.. You want all of this at .0001 tolerance? How deep is the shoulder (the .8660 cut)? Is the V in the pulley 45 degrees?

the tolerance can be .001
the .866 goes .313 deep leaving a .062 thick flange with an i.d. of .75
