We have a new Sharp st-10 Lathe with a Fanuc OiTC controler, our issue is we cant get the offests to wo work correctly.

Can some one send me a quick peocedure that works for setting up the tooling and offsets and seting the part orgin?

Probe or no?

Go to offsets, and if you have a probe, touch off each tool.
Then work offsets and call t0101 in MDI, touch the end of part and scroll to G54 Z type Z 0.0 and press measure.
