I am looking to get some gear made for testing, and maybe later on to order in bulk. The gears I need have to be Mod1 gears, with a thick/strong hub and atleast a 4mm set screw. The width of the teeth should be 1cm wide, along with a .5cm wide hub, so top to bottom the gear will stand 1.5cm. The ammout of teeth are 15, 16, 17, 18.

Later on I will be looking at getting some mod1 60t spur gears made as well.

Sonic Blast ,you did not specify the type of material you were looking for with these gears , if you're still looking for a supplier let me know.

Two types of metal....

Stainless and Hardened steel.
The following tooth sizes seem to be more what we will need now 12t, 14t, 13t, 15t, 16t, 18t.

Have you looked into what stock drive offers for blanks? I will see if I might have some mod1 stock lying around, but most is 1.5. If you go to online catalog-gears-spurgears-check the metric bubble- then select the module. Looks like they have 12-14-15-16-18 tooth gears.
