How's everybody doin?
I'm getting used to Virtual Gibbs now and I need to know what version I need to be able to use the C-axis fully on our Nakamura TW10 with Fanuc 18iT control. Do I need a new version, or an upgrade, or a module, etc. The only processes that I have available are: Rough ; Contour ; Thread ; Drill.
The machine doesn't have a Y-axis, so I'd only need to be able to use the C-axis to it's full capability.
What am I looking for?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any comments.

your best bet would have been to ask the salesman who sold you the version that you are currently learning , im sure if youve recently bought it then they may work out a better package for you

Post your question on the Gibbs message board. A lot of users there programming with that machine configuration. You will need another module to program with the C axis and I'm almost positive your company will need to upgrade from the v4.xx you are using to the current V9.xx.x. Getting current on maintenace may be all it takes for the upgrade. Ask your reseller about it.
