WE HAVE A SMALL SHOP AND THE TOOL CHANGER WENT DOWN ON OUR MACHINE. WE WANT TO CHANGE THE TOOLS MANUALLY UNTIL WE CAN GET THE TOOL CHANGER FIXED HOPE TO RE WRITE CODE TO INSERT PAUSE AT CHANGE AND DON'T KNOW IF INTER LOCK DOOR WILL PRESENT PROBLEM OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE. ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

In the tool list on the control, change each tool from auto-load to manual-load. This should work

You may want to check the wires coming to the tool drum magazine. Mine went down but, the wires were just wore into and would working while the drum was parked to jog the tools but when at the spindle it would not. Also like LAKA said you can set it to load manual.
