YouTube - InfoTEC CNC Router CNC Engraver

I am looking for an engraver that can carve in similar fashion to the one in the video except I need be able to carve into a block of silver bullion. Can you give me any suggestions? My maximum price range is $3000.

looks like brass to me. But I would be more interested in seeing that machine run in "real time", not at 600% playback.
