I'm a newbie. Having a 4 axis machine (3 continous + 1 indexed) would you suggest Visualmill?
I was thinking to Sprutcam too.
Other affordable software suggested ?

2.5D- Dolphin Partmaster is great. 3D- VisualMill is nice and affordable. Surfcam is also nice but obviously not affordable for most.

I just bought the regular 3 axis Visual Mill 6.0. I have to say that I love it. I do not have the 4th axis addon yet, but plan to get it in the future. The code it generates is very efficient, and the program is very easy to use. Being a student, I wanted to make sure I was getting the most bang for my buck, and I must say that the price to feature ratio is very good.

So in short. Yes I would recommend Visual Mill.
