Hi everyone i emailed tech support at excitech and got a clear answer in 24 hrs. Can't beat that. I want to post if anyone esle has the problem.
When Y and C axis value are not the same, for example, when you let machine go home, the X: 0.000 Y: 0.000 Z:0.000 C:-2.638
Here you may adjust the C axis to be C:0.000 the same as Y: 0.000.
The following steps show you how to adjust:
1. at desktop press F6(Parameter)==>F5(Goto param)==>input "886", press F1(OK)==>input "0", enter, input password "520", enter.
2. let machine go home again, it will show you X:0.000 Y:0.000 Z:0.000 C:-3.858(for example)
3. again, press F6(Parameter)==>F5(Goto param)==>input "886", press F1(OK)==>input "-3858" (attention: with no "."), enter, input password "520", enter.
4.let machine go home, you'll see all the numbers are "0.000"
