i am just an employee i have been at moldcraft for eighteen years and i like it
always have had work and the benefits are good . what i like most is the freedom for the machinist to practice their skills in an open and un intimidating manor with the support from management.

you do the job start to finish, pull material , set up machine , program machine, run job.

As far as pay , you know the story without me saying , it took me ten years
to achieve , but i have no regrets , it has been a pleasant experience.
no fear of layoffs , you can pretty much control your own destiny.
enough said , we are short handed and we need dedicate craftsman.
