To the moderator I have a question. If I built a router around the 1.00 x 1.50 extrusion, with the proper liner bearing in the X,Y axis, attached a variable speed Grizzly Router, with 1/2-20 feed screws coupled to servo's would I expect to see a noticable flexinf in the beams and any binding problems. I would be cutting wood and light aluminum on a 24" x 36" working window. what say you ?
