I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so mods can move it if needed.I have a complete esab flamecutter control and the servos that go with it.The control is two axis.I want to convert it to a three axis control for router. Can I take out the computer in the control box and replace it with a pc with some cnc software and use the old drives?.I have zero electronics experience, but I would think that this would be possible.I can post pics if needed.I tried to get some info in the diy build section and got no replies.Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked www.candcnc.com the fellow who owns this company is all over the zone here and knows what he's talking about as he produces his own brand electronics and kits for cnc. I have a cnc plasma already, but plan on building a cnc router in the future, will most likely get what i need from him.
