Hello all,
I have recently purchased a vinyl cutting machine and have been messing around with cutting images and lettering. I have not been able to find any good info on settings to help get a better cut from the machine. I have tried all different combos of force, speed, blades ect ect... The problem I am running into is that some edges come out nice and smooth, while others on the same settings are coming out choppy. I dont know what I am doing wrong and need to figure it out. :drowning: I was contracted for a job in which 85% of the sign looks great, but the first thing out of the guys mouth was... "the image looks great, but the letters are a little choppy." Does anyone have any links to some tips that can guide me in the right direction? Any and all info would be appriciated.
Thanks in advance

I have a few different vinyl plotter here.. What brand plotter is it? What software are you using to drive it? also it's a good possibility that your blade needs replacing. If you aren't using sign/vinyl software most of your corners will get chopped off or become rounded.
