Hello,

I have a Mori NH 4000 and just had a data server installed in it. I got the ip and data server setting set and I can read the ftp site I will be transferring the files from but when I try to transfer I receive the following error: "An Error Occurred With The Data Server". I'm not quite sure what that means. I look at the ftp log and everything seems to be in order. Thanks in advanced.

I'm using Filezilla Server as the ftp site.

I have two theories:

1. Check MAPPS for Data Server option
I currently have it in Memory Card Mode with I/O setting 5


2. Find out what mode the machine is in (FTP/Storage).
Where do I find out how/where to change that?

Anyone have any ideas?
