I am looking for a shop that can machine the following two parts within the next week or two. Both parts are optimized for machining with a 1/2" endmill, a center drill, and 2 drill bits. Although there is a bit of deep pocketing, both parts can be made in a single operation. +/- 0.005" should be fine for most of the features, but there are a few bearing surfaces that need to be a bit more accurate (+/- 0.001"). The first part is about 3.6"x6.5"x1.6", the second is about 3.6"x4.5"x1.6".

If you are interested in quoting these parts, I can send you an IGES or STP file of the design.

Thanks,
Joe

Thanks for the bids - I've just selected a shop to do these parts, so no additional quotes will be needed.

I am right down the road from you. I live in Bensalem PA, and my shop is in Cherry Hill, NJ. Give me a call if you still ned them machined. I have solidworks and solidcam. Email me a matt@kaisermedical.com A few parts would be no problem. Do you have any material specs for the aluminum? I may have the blocks handy as well.
